Srinagar– Two students of a local school sustained injuries following a scuffle between them at Baghat Kanipora area on the outskirts of on Friday, officials said.
Officials said there was a physical fight between two students outside the Government Higher Secondary School Kanipora over a petty issue.
They said a student allegedly stabbed another student from behind leaving him injured. The injured student was taken to hospital for treatment.
Sources however said that one more student sustained injuries in the scuffle. One of the injured students, officials said hails from Kralpora Chadoora area in central Budgam district while another is from Chukpora Kanihama.
Meanwhile school administration has taken strong note of the incident and is mulling to rusticate the erring students, while police have registered a formal case in this regard.
