SRINAGAR- The general elections of Amateur Kabaddi Association Srinagar were held on 08-03-2022 at Indoor Sports Complex Polo Ground Srinagar.
All the members and sports lovers of District Srinagar attended the election process. Elections were conducted under the supervision of election officer Sheikh Jahangeer (physical educator and sports promoter). Nazir Ahmad Mir was nominated as observer by J&K Amateur Kabaddi Association.
Following officials were elected for the tenure of four years as on 08-03-2023 till 08-03-2027.
Rajinder Singh was elected as president, while as Gulzar Ahmed Ahanger as General Secretary, Imtiyaz Aziz as Treasurer, Riyaz Ahmad Joint Secretary, Aisha Hameed Press and Publicity, Shakeel Akhoon as Event Secretary.
Shakeel Akhoon, Firdous Ahmad Malik, Saran Preet, Sikender Farooq, Irfan Ahmad, Shahnawaz Ahanger were appointed as executive members of the association.
