The SLA’s primary duties include planning trainings for newly promoted as well as existing principals, headmasters, and elementary heads; preparing key resource persons for training at the state, district, cluster, and block levels; developing training modules on school leadership; documenting the work of school leaders, and filming schools while disseminating those videos to the public through the NCSL portal and on the SLA YouTube channel.
