Rs 4 Cr Worth Land Freed In Budgam

Srinagar- The officials of the revenue department on Thursday conducted an anti-encroachment drive and retrieved 36 kanals and 11 marla state land worth Rs. 4 crore in Tehsil Khansahib of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district.

The drive was conducted under the supervision of Tehsildar, Khansahab, Abid Gani Wani.

Tehsildar said that the Revenue team conducted the drive at two places and retrieved land of 21 kanals at one spot and 15 kanals and 11 marlas at another spot respectively.

He said the land was evicted and all illegal encroachments were removed from the retrieved land.
