Srinagar- Fire broke out at a bakery shop in Regal Chowk on Friday.
Sources revealed that fire broke out at a popular eatery ‘Hollywood Bakery’ in Regal Chowk and it engulfed the top floor of the building.
A Fire and Emergency Department official said they received a phone call at around 12:32 p.m. that a Bakery Shop had caught fire at Regal Chowk.
“We summoned different fire stations of the city and with the effort of our staff the fire was confined to the involved property. We made every effort to prevent the fire from spreading to other structures”.
“The bakery items on the ground floor have been saved by the prompt action of our staff. There is no further possibility of any damage” he said.
