SRINAGAR- Downtown Heroes FC on Wednesday emerged as winners of the Etihad Cup which was held at Iqbal Stadium, Pampore.
In the final match of the tournament, Downtown Heroes FC clashed with Kashmir United FC. The match turned out to be a keenly contested affair with both sides giving their best effort.
In the 34th minute of the match, Salah went on to score a goal for Downtown Heroes FC. Despite Kashmir United FC trying their best to score an equaliser, they were unable to do so.
Downtown Heroes FC emerged winner by 1-0 and lifted the title. The management of the team has hailed the side for the win.
The team’s coaching staff includes head coach Mohammad Hanif, assistant coach Abid Yaqoob, Zahid and manager Javaid.
