Ex-Minister Escapes Unhurt In Road Accident


Srinagar- Former Cabinet Minister in Jammu and Kashmir government, Sham Lal Sharma had a narrow escape on Monday after his vehicle was hit by a vehicle in Akhnoor area of Jammu.

According to reports, Sharma’s vehicle was hit by a truck from the right side in which his Personal Assistant and three others sustained injuries. Sharma, who joined BJP after resigning from the Congress party escaped unhurt in the accident.

All the injured, according to reports, were shifted to the hospital for treatment. Their condition is said to be stable.

Pertinently, Sharma, the former Health Minister during NC-Congress joint rule is currently Vice President BJP for Jammu and Kashmir. (KNT)
