SRINAGAR- Two matches of DFA Srinagar A-Division League were played at the Synthetic Turf TRC on Monday.
Real Cosmos FC beat Lasjan FC by 3 goals to 2 in a closely contested affair. Umair Zahoor Khan of Real Cosmos opened the account for the winning team in 21st minute of the game. Lasjan’s Zahid Ayoob levelled the score in 36th minute of the second half. In the 38th minute, Lasjan increased their lead through Mehfooz.
Real Cosmos players launched several attacks and Umair Zahoor managed to equalize in the 39th minute. Umair Zahoor then scored his hat-trick in the 44th minute to give his side a 3-2 victory.
In the second match Al-Hilal FC defeated Makhdoomia FC by 5 goals to 0. Ubaid Shabir put Al-Hilal ahead in the 7th minute, while the team scored their second in the 46th minute through Faisal Mohiuddin.
Faisal Mohiuddin, Maroof and Uzair scored back to back three goals for Al-Hilal FC in 46th, 50th and 59th minute, respectively, helping Al-Hilal win the match 5-0.
The tournament is organised by DFA Srinagar (JKFA) in collaboration with JKSC.
