Srinagar- An army soldier was killed after lightning hit ski resort of Gulmarg in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district, officials said on Saturday.
Lightning struck during the intervening night of June 10 and 11 at Roshni Army Picket in Gulmarg in which one soldier from 18 Rashtriya Rifles identified as 32-year-old Lokendra Singh died, reported news agency KNT.
A police official confirmed the death of army soldier due to lightning.
