Woman Killed After Hit By Moving Train in South Kashmir’s Qazigund

Srinagar- A 55-year-old woman was killed after hit by a moving train in Qazigund area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district, officials said on Friday.

Identifying the victim as Fehmeeda Begum, wife of Bashir Ahmed, a resident of Wapora Panzath in Qazigund, the officials said that the woman as per her family was mentally unsound.

The body was shifted from the site of accident to a nearby health facility for post-mortem, they said.

Meanwhile, a police official has also confirmed the incident.
