J&K Reports One More Corona Death

Srinagar: Coronavirus claimed the life of one more person in Jammu and Kashmir, while 70 fresh cases of Covid-19, including twenty-one travellers were detected across the Union Territory during the last 24 hours.

The death caused by coronavirus has been reported from Jammu division, taking the total toll to 1963— 177 in Jammu and 694 in Kashmir, officials said.

About the new cases of infection, officials said, 59 were reported from Kashmir Valley while 11 from Jammu thus taking the total case tally to 124280.

Giving district wise details, they said, Srinagar reported 33 cases, Baramulla 6, Budgam 5, Pulwama 7, Kupwara 1, Anantnag 4, Bandipora 1, Ganderbal 2 and Jammu 11.

Moreover, they said, 90 more patients have recovered and were discharged from various hospitals—14 from Jammu and 76 from Kashmir division.
