AS you must be aware that the results of Examination for Probationary Officer posts advertised vide JKB/HRD/Rectt/2020-27 & 28 Dated 01-06- 2020 were declared on Sunday i.e. on 13th December 2020. It was the same exam which numerous aspirants including me had appeared and also passed previously and were forced to reappear afresh for the reasons best known to the Chairman and CEO.
I have been writing to them and their previous incumbents previously as well and not to my surprise it has landed in deaf ears.
After bragging about high transparency measures and expertise adopted by the bank for the conduct of the said examinations I have the following query.
My query, and I am sure must be of all those who have appeared in the exam which was conducted by the bank with the high expertise of IBPS Mumbai and TCS, is the display of marks secured and the overall cutoffs including sectional cutoffs for different sections in the paper, which were not shown to the candidates irrespective of their success or failure in the said exam. The marks and the cutoffs as all of us must be aware are very precisely displayed by IBPS for other exams such as for IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk, IBPS RRB’s and all the exams conducted but why not such a display of marks and cut-offs is not possible for PO posts in Jammu and Kashmir Bank. I agree that it must be hectic in case of offline exams but the examination was conducted in Online mode. If IBPS Mumbai has conducted the exams in the most transparent manner, where are the marks scored by the aspirants? We as aspirants, whether selected or not, have every right to know our performance in the exams which includes the marks secured and the cutoffs.
Where are the marks scored by the candidates ? Where is the transparency ?
