Explosive Device Defused In North Kashmir’s Pattan

Baramulla- The state forces on Monday morning claimed to have recovered some suspicious explosive material at Pattan area along Srinagar to Baramulla highway which was later destroyed.

An explosive material was spotted by the Road Opening Party (ROP) of Army at Kutta mode in Pattan in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district this morning, reported news agency KNO.

The material as per the officials was defused later successfully by the Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS), 29 RR, CRPF and Police.

However, there was no loss of life or property in the incident.
