Iran-China Deal to Ditch Dollar, Bypass US Sanctions

TEHRAN: A top aide of Iran’s supreme leader said on Wednesday that the roadmap for strategic partnership between Iran and China is to help ditch the dollar in bilateral trade and bypass unilateral US sanctions.

Ali Aqa-Mohammadi an advisor to Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, said the 25-year document is more than an “agreement” which usually encompasses just a certain issue.

The official said the partnership roadmap solidifies the two countries’ economic and defensive cooperation by protecting their dealings from “third-party intervention,” Press TV reported.

It would “close up and eliminate the key spots,” where sanctions, including those targeting defense cooperation between the two countries, could be implemented, he said.

“This document upsets the sanctions and the Iran-China roadmap disarranges many of the US plans,” he said.

Washington reimposed the sanctions in 2018 after leaving a landmark nuclear deal with Iran despite its ratification by the United Nations Security Council (UNSC).

“Coordination of Iran and China can take the region out of the US’ hands” by pushing Washington aside, breaking its sprawling regional network apart, and frustrating its attempts at isolating Tehran, Mohammadi, who is also a member of Iran’s Expediency Council, stated.

The roadmap, therefore, translates into “such defeat for the US, which will be unprecedented in the region,” he added.

On Sunday, The New York Times reported Iran and China were nearing the conclusion of strategic partnership in defiance of the US, saying the deal foresees “a sweeping economic and security partnership.”

According to The New York Times, the document also describes deepening military cooperation in a region that has been a strategic preoccupation of the United States for decades. It calls for joint training and exercises, joint research and weapons development and intelligence sharing.

India Bypassed

Meanwhile the Iran-India Chabahar port deal has run out of fuel. Iran has reportedly expelled India from the Chabahar rail project according to a report by The Hindu.

The railway project was meant to be part of India’s vow to the trilateral deal between India, Iran and Afghanistan to develop an alternate trade route to Afghanistan and Central Asia bypassing a hostile Pakistan.

With India-Iran relations touching an all-time low, the West Asian country has shown the door to India for two key projects – the second phase of Chabahar Port and development of Farzad-B block.

There is one “War Crime” that is established on this Earth, which cries out for correction, restitution, and appropriate punishment of the perpetrators; the power or organisation which immediately takes action, to bring justice to it’s long suffering innocent peoples, will be one we may then trust. Because correcting the “evils” of this criminal despotic, and merciless abomination, will, forever, establish, the true and ethical bona fide of the said “Power or Organisation”.

The War Crime; The Crime against Humanity”referenced here is that Occupation; that murder of the innocent Palestinian Peoples, and their eviction and dispossession from their rightful traditional Home lands, the total denial exercised by the occupier, preventing all access to what we take for granted to be a Normal Human Existence.

Those who created this abomination, must be evicted, by force if necessary, and when they cry out in pain, complaining the hardships of this ultimately unavoidable exodus, let them remember, “they have sown the wind, and now must endure the whirlwind”, they must harvest the “grapes Of Wrath”, until they learn the lesson. Amen, It Is Written.
