SRINAGAR – A teenager was killed after a portion of Panchayat Ghar wall collapsed in central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
13-year-old Mehrajuddin Sheikh, son of Bashir Ahmed of Sutharan area of Budgam was playing around the Panchayat Ghar when a portion of the wall collapsed killing him instantly.
