Internshala announces free e training
New Delhi: Internshala has announced free access to Internshala Trainings, its e-learning platform, for the students of Kerala, Jammu & Kashmir, and Ladakh till 31st March. To limit the spread of Coronavirus, the governments in Kerala, Jammu & Kashmir, and Ladakh have announced that all academic institutions including schools and colleges will remain shut till 31st March affecting lakhs of students.
The students can choose to learn a number of skills in programming, data science, business, design, creative writing etc. on Internshala Trainings through its short duration online training programs. Any student enrolled in a regular classroom program (schools, bachelors, diploma, masters, or higher) in a government recognized school, college or university (public or private) in Kerala, Jammu & Kashmir, and Ladakh region can enrol in any of the eligible programs with the training start date of 31st March or before and will have free access to their chosen program until they complete it.
Sarvesh Agrawal, the founder and CEO of Internshala, said, “Internshala’s mission is to bring meaningful opportunities closer to the students and through this step, we hope to help students get continued access to learning without compromising their safety. The role of online learning has expanded in the midst of this situation and it is important that we work together with the Government to fight Coronavirus and not let students’ learning get affected”.
