Politics Per Se Is Not Bad

“Catch not at the shadow and lose the substance”.

It takes life to become an upright personality. All sincere aspirations have their effect. The road to unriddle a puzzle is treacherous but can yield fruits if leaders are honest. The visionary people reckon beyond vision. We have to make our presence far and wide to make this world better and a better place.

Pinpoint: This is in follow up on a take “we differ” by Peerzada Mahboobul Haq and Mohammad Ashraf Khawaja counterargument of take “Make It Big” by a columnist Ajaz-ul-Haque pertaining to Dr Shah Faesal.

Write up is commenced with “Harsh Mandir” who is a social activist, writer and member of National Advisory Council. He left IAS in 2002 owing to the  “carnage of war” in Gujarat. He is currently the director of the Centre for Equity Studies and Advocacy.

Now the meat and potato is not about Harsh Mandir or Ajaz-ul-Haque but about Shah Faesal and two writers. Two writers (Mahboobul Haq and Ashraf Khawaja) should watch their words again. They need to contemplate soberly over Shah a Faesal’s sequitur. They need to see things from ground reality from multiple perspectives to what we have been seeing, what we have been shown and ruthless treatment by our own politicians rather snollygosters to be very exact.

They said joining mainstream is disastrously dangerous for Shah Faesal yet he didn’t join any mainstream party.  They also said Shah Faesal wants to effect change in mainstream politics without ever mustering courage to speak against the state excesses. Then who said resigning from service owing to unabated killings happening in Kashmir. Who made tweet by calling India ‘Rapistan’. Who said I had nothing except resignation to bring attention of the central government towards so many killings happening in Kashmir. What is it? Is it counterfeit sympathy or propaganda or reality? This is million dollar question.

Telling authentic queries like it is our snollygosters who are to the hilt accountable for this morass which has been persisting since 1990s is completely veracious. But putting irrelevant query upon Shah Faesal like he never ever cudgels his brain over Kashmir dispute is wretchedly wrong. By saying, this vacuum is also filled by educated people like Omar Abdullah maybe right but words like staying away (youth)  from politics is egregious error.  Remember by throwing away such a colossal, snug and cozy chair is not an easy task it undubiously takes and needs mountainous heart and courage and it simply betokens that Shah Faesal seems to have felt excruciating pain over Kashmir.

Let’s forget Kashmir Intifada for one minute. Let’s see over crux of the problem in Kashmir. Let’s chew over  other issues happening in Kashmir.

For instance: we have issues in health, issues in education, we have monster called corruption, lot of utopia, slippery slope everywhere and blah blah blah. So our leaders never ever showed soberness and heedfulness towards Kashmir. They never took soft measures to quell issues happening in Kashmir. What they need is vote – money – cosy chair despite lakhs and unabated killings.

Now the problem lies within us too. If we  know  every leader then why to choose them again, why to give them zillion chance to rob us  again. How can we convince today’s children that education can transmogrify their lives where a country is ruled by a Chaiwala as Prime minister and colossally educated youth are unemployed.  If we are genuine, if we are true and if we really want to soothe and pacify our double bind then we should be knowing that which leader to choose, why to choose and how to choose.

Bottom-line: Before concluding my words I would only say  that we are in a stage of transition we are in a dire need of change. What we need to do is, we need to savvy Shah Faesal from each and every facet, we need to perceive him thoroughly and give him a best chance to invigorate political scenario. Because we are lacking our presence everywhere unless or until we don’t make our presence far and wide we are not going to make or see any change. Hence and henceforth ; we  need brains like Shah Faesal we need gutty people like him and we need young politicians like shah Faesal to make big difference in the world and to make this world  better and a safer place.
