SRINAGAR GATE aspirants who appeared for exams in Jammu and are stuck there due to flight cancellations and road closure, have been asked to contact authorities for accommodation and other assistance.
The stranded students should contact office of the DC & Div Com for stay, accommodation and food or the following number +91 70060 91700, sources said.
Meanwhile GATE aspirants in Srinagar who missed their flights due to bad weather can meet or call Ajaz Ahmad Bhat at Civil Secretariat in Srinagar as arrangements are being made to ensure that they don’t miss their exam.

Meanwhile, the Divisional Commissioner Kashmir has asked GATE aspirants who missed their flights today due to bad weather to get themselves registered with the Assistant Commissioner Central for alternative arrangements.
