UEED Boss In Dock: ?15 Million, Assets Frozen In Raids

SRINAGAR — Vigilance organization Friday freezed over Rs 15 million bank and other deposits of Chief Engineer UEED in a disproportionate assets case.

“Consequent upon registration of Case FIR No. 29/2018 for possession of Disproportionate Assets and subsequent multiple raids on the residential premises of Mohammad Haneef Lone Vigilance Organization Friday freezed over Rs 15 million bank and other deposits”, VO said in a statement. 

Vigilance said that the investigation till date has revealed that accused Chief Engineer hailing from Gurez has purchased various properties as well which include: 01 kanal land at Rawalpora, 02 kanals at Mujgund, 01 kanal at Bandipora, House at Rawalpora, House at Bandipora, Flat at Gulposh Apartments Bemina, Flat at Tawi Apartments Sidhra Jammu, flat at Royal Apartments Talab Tillo Jammu and also 05 personal cars.

Investigation is on to dig out his further Benami properties, Vigilance added.
