30 Students Fall Sick After Consuming Lunch In Srinagar College Hostel

SRINAGAR — At least 30 girl stu­dents of Salfia College Srinagar re­siding in college hostel near Gov­ernment Degree College Bemina were admitted to SMHS hospital Srinagar on Monday after falling sick due to food poisoning.

An official claimed that on today afternoon at least 30 girl students of Salfia College went to the college hostel to have lunch and soon after the lunch girls complained of stom­ach pain and vomiting, resulting in food poisoning of the students.

The official added that all of them were taken to SMHS hos­pital Srinagar for the treatment and all are said to be stable now.
