SRINAGAR A special sanitation drive was conducted in and around LD hospital by Srinagar Municipal Corporation.
At least hundred Sanitary workers were put to task for the cleanliness mission.
Besides well fumigating the premises of LD hospital and the connecting roads, many hopper vehicles, compactors and water tankers were pressed into service for washing and dusting of footpaths and roads.
The entire drive was monitored by Commissioner SMC Riyaz Ahmed Wani and supervised by Chief Sanitation Officer Sofi Akbar.
