SrinagarMinutes after a local open court led by additional magistrate Naseer Ahmad Dar ordered the release of incarcerated chairperson of Dukhtaran-e-Millat, Asiya Andrabi in an under trail case, a police party from Safa Kadal police station arrested her within the court premises.
A spokesperson of DeM said, Asiyas hearing in trail case was on Thursday in an open court where the magistrate directed her release. But, she said, instead of releasing her, a police party of Safa Kadal police station re-arrested her in within minutes.
