JK Scouts, SSM hold marathon race

SRINAGAR:  Jammu and Kashmir Scouts in collaboration with SSM School and SSM Education Institution Saturday organised marathon race which saw a huge participation of students, a statement from organisers said.

The participants, the statement said, were received by Khawaja Farooq Renzushah chief commissioner JK Scouts, Dr.G.N.Yatoo Director School Education, Chairman SSM, former Educayiin Director Shugufta  Parveen, Muzafer Trambu District Officer Youth Welfare, prominent environmentalist Chapri, and principal  SSM school  at the finishing line: Nishat Garden.

The students who have excelled in different field of education and sports were awarded by Director education. Award of honour were presented to chief guests on the occasion.

Yatoo was all praise for organisers for conducting such an event.
