LeT condemns detention of Asiya

Srinagar: While condemning the continuous detention of Asiya Andrabi, militant outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba Chief Mehmood Shah Tuesday said that the brutalities committed on Kashmiri women in presence of Mehbooba Mufti are shameful.

“Islam has given a very high status to the women but Mehbooba Mufti is far away from basic sense and morality,” Shah said.

In a statement to news agency CNS, Mehmood Shah said that students are living miserable lives in the Valley. “Forces are violating the rights of Kashmiris. School students are looking for their future on the roads of Kashmir protesting against Mehbooba and the Indian Forces. India has left no other option for the oppressed Kashmiris,” he said.

Blaming Indian Prime Minister for killing Muslims across India, the LeT chief said that Modi is repeating the same in Kashmir but this can’t stop break the resolve of people of Kashmir.

“Freedom is the destination which is getting closer and closer. India is trying its utmost to maintain its unjustified occupation in Jammu and Kashmir. But it is not going to happen. It’s our turn now and Allah will help us,” Spokesperson LeT

Dr. Abdullah Ghaznavi quoted Mehmood Shah as having said. (CNS)
