Tral : Leading Telecommuication company , Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) broadband subscribers in Tral area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district are up in arms against the concerned authorities for failing to restore the service in the area from last two weeks.

According to the locals, BSNL broadband services are defunct in Tral town , which gives tough time to the subscribers in the area.

They said that despite back to back requests to the authorities , the officials have turned blind eye towards the matter and haven’t restore the defunct broadband connections till now.

“Frequent problems in BSNL broadband are always annoying me as due to the these problems, I am not able to complete my work (Mails and other things) on time ,” said Amritpaul Singh , a subscriber from Tral town.

He added that we are paying fee on time, but BSNL authorities failed to provide appropriate services in our favour despite all that.

While talking to Kashmir Observer,  Subscribers have urged BSNL authorities to personally look into the matter and restore their defunct connections as early as possible so that locals may not suffer more in future.

Despite several attempts,  the officials of BSNL , couldn’t be contacted.
