Srinagar: School and college students clashed with police forces in Tral area of south Kashmirs Pulwama district on Monday in which seven students were detained by the police.
Eyewitnesses said that students of Boys higher secondary school and Degree college Tral engaged police in pitched battles in Tral. During these clashes, police caught hold of seven youth and took them along with, they added.
There was a spontaneous shutdown in the entire area, reports suggested.
