Passport office Srinagar to organize Passport Camp on Jan 7

Srinagar: Passport Camp will be organized by the Passport Office Srinagar on 7th January 2017 at Hajj House Bemina Srinagar.

According to the statement, the officials said that appointments in this regard shall be released from 23rd of December 2016 at 11 A.M.

They said that applicants need to submit the Passport Application Forms online for ‘Fresh/Re-issue of passport under normal category and book prior appointment before visiting the Camp Venue.

“Applicants are requested to log on to the passport India websitewww.passportindia.gov.in to fill and submit the application forms online, make payment of passport fee online through debit/Credit card or internet banking through State Bank Of India (as mentioned on the website),” they said.

The officials said that appointments for the Passport Camp will be allotted by the system as per availability for 7th January 2017 for the Passport Camp.

Applicants are required to visit the Passport Camp Hajj House Bemina Srinagar in person for application processing for Biometrics (finger prints)/photograph capturing.

On the appointment date/time, the applicants along with printout of Appointment Letter and original documents (photocopies thereof) must visit the concerned office for processing their Passport applications.

Passport Adalats will also be held concurrently on the said dates at said venue. Only applications pending over 3 months will be attended at the Adalat. Applicants should send email/Fax/letter to the Passport office Srinagar intimating his/her intention to attend the Adalats.
