SRINAGAR: Jumat-ul-Wida was observed across the Valley today and Anjuman-e-Sharie Shian held rallies and gather¬ings on the day.
In a satement to KNS, Anjuman-e-Sharie Shian said that after Friday prayers dozens of processions were taken out in regard of Yaum-e-Quds and Kashmir.
Rallies were taken out from Imambara Hassanabad Srinagar, Imambara Yagipora Magam, Imambara Gamdoo Sonawari, Jamia Masjid Nowgam, Astan Sharief Chadoora, Jamia Masjid Sonapah Beerwah, Imambara Sofi Pora Pehalgam etc.
The largest rally was taken out from Markazi Imambara Budgam under the leadership of President JKASS and senior Hurriyat leader Aga Syed Hassan Alovi Alsfavi.
While addressing the huge gath¬ering in Main Chowk Budgam Aga said the ignorance of World towards the oppressed is a great threat for peace and humanity.
He said there is no possibility of peace in Middle East without a free and independent State of Palestine.
Israel has adopted the policy to evict the Palestinian from their mother land and intending to eradicate the existence of Qibla Awal. But, Israel not succeeded to achieve its ambitions due to the obstruence of Palestinans. It is the duty of whole Muslim Word to help and support the Palestinian cause. He added that the salvation of Kashmir Issue is an assurance of peace in South Asian region and there is not any solution instead of freedom from India. The Indian administra¬tion is having the same ideology like Israel to eradicate the Mus¬lim identification of State. The Indian administration will not succeed in achieving its hidden policies like Sainik, Pandit and refugee colonies. The Kashmiris will continue its struggle till the logical end of movement. (KNS)
