Srinagar : National Youth Wing President of Lok Jan Shakti Party (LJP), Sanjay Saraf Wednesday accused MLA Habba-Kadal Shameema Firdous of making lives of people living in Gadood Bagh area of the constituency into hell.
The residential area had a community hall, which was under the jurisdiction of Handicrafts Department. The MLA without issuing any tender has asked the laborers to start the reconstruction work over it, he alleged.
Adding, the handicraft department sought police intervention and stayed the work for using it as a venue for marriage ceremonies.
Addressing a press conference here Saraf vowed that under LJPs banner, we will redress the problems of people and will fight against the elements, who for their vested interests create immense hardships to the people of the constituency.
