Kupwara limping back to normalcy

Kupwara: Life in frontier district Kupwara returned to normalcy on Wednesday after remaining disrupted for a week over the killing of at least five civilians in government forces firing in the district even as authorities lifted the restriction on movement of people across Handwara and Kupwara.

According to the eyewitnesses, all the educational institutions,  petrol pumps, shops and business establishments reopened and traffic on all routes plied normally
