SRINAGAR: Traffic Police Srinagar under the supervision of SSP Traffic City during a special drive against Auto Rickshaw operators plying without fare meters, registration and fitness certificates has booked 502 violators realizing a fine of Rs 55000.
During the drive launched from April 16 violators were booked for plying without fare meters, besides 50 Auto-rickshaws were seized today.
Traffic police has said that the drive would continue to check the errant Auto rickshaw operators fleecing the consumers
