Pakistan wants to resolve all issues with India through dialogue

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan on Thursday said that the country wants good relations with all its neighbours and desires to resolve all outstanding issues with India through dialogue, said a report.

Pakistan Foreign Office spokesman Nafees Zakria said this in a weekly briefing in Islamabad on Thursday, reported Radio Pakistan.

“Pakistan and India are in touch to hold secretary level talks,” the radio report quoted him as saying.

Pakistan is against any conventional or nuclear arms race in the region, Zakria said.

He said several arrests were made in Pakistan after the arrest of the RAW agent Kulbhushan Yadav and investigation is underway to find out more facts.

He also said that Pakistan urged the international community to take steps to resolve the Kashmir issue in accordance with the UN Security Council resolutions.
