Masarat Aalam Sent to 11 Days Judicial Remand to Baramulla Jail

Srinagar: All Parties Hurriyat Conference (g) Secretary General (III) and Muslim League chief, Masarat Aalam was Saturdays sent to eleven days judicial remand to Baramulla sub-jail. Muslim League spokesperson, Muhammad Rafiq Ganaie, told Kashmir Life, “Masarat Aalam was presented before judicial court Srinagar where police asked for more time under judicial remand.”

Masarat Aalam was detained in Shaheed Gunj police station for last fifteen days. “Police have opened a new case in Shaheed Gunj police station and he was produced in that case in court today,” Rafiq said. Represented by his lawyer, Shabir Ahmad Bhat, Masarat Aalam also was bailed out in 154 A, 13 unlawful activities before third Munsif, Rafiq added. (CNS)
