Srinagar : A daylong seminar regarding alignment of Annual Credit Plan (ACP) was held at Shopian today. The purpose of seminar was to link ACP with District Development Plan (DDP) so as to improve credit flow in the district by coordination of district administration and banks operating in the district to improve socio economic conditions of the people.
The seminar was organized by J&K Bank through district cluster office. Zonal Head J&K bank was the chief guest while as Chief Planning Officer was guest of honour.
Addressing the meeting, the Zonal head J&K Bank said that aligning the two plans is aimed to improve the economic growth & development of the district. He assured the district administration that J&K Bank will play a leading role in dispensation of credit in the district in all viable ventures.
