Deewan inspects developmental works at Chiryai Kagga

CHIRYAI KAGGA: Advisor to Governor Mr Parvez Deewan today visited historic Chiryai Kagga  and took stock of the ongoing developmental and beautification works there .

He was accompanied by concerned officers, representatives of Tourism industry and locals.  

The Advisor was apprised that work is going on in full swing by the famous stones carvers from Rajasthan since last 7 months and approximately seventy lacs have been spent on the project .It was also informed that that all the beautification works are being envisaged to  preserve and promote the historical glory of the place which would attract  tourist to this beautiful site  and give fillip to tourism activities in the area .

During his tour Mr Deewan  also inspected the ongoing works  of several roads of the area and  directed for  taking up the black topping & up gradation works of Bansan Morh to Cheryai Kagga road at the earliest . He also took a detailed review of the  steps taken by the tourism department to promote tourism related activities at Krimchi Temple, Jhajjar Kotli and other places of tourist interest.
