Kashmir schools declared polythene free

 In a major development, the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) Friday declared all schools of Kashmir region as “polythene free”.

Dr Shah Faesal while explaining the hazards of polythene use said that schools are the places where right attitude is inculcated. “We felt it is right place to start from schools,” he said. “We have floated a full-fledged circular in this regard.”

To mention, the campaign of “polythene free schools” was launched many years back. It was today Jkbose declared all school campuses “polythene free”.
