BANDIPORA: One day training programme was held at Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) Bandipora today. The training programme was aimed at sensitizing the field functionaries of the horticulture department about the scientific techniques of oil spray in orchards in light of the present weather situation. They were also made aware about the precautionary measures being taken against various crop diseases. The orchardists on the occasion were asked to follow the spray schedule issued by the SKUAST Kashmir for the current season.
The experts and subject matter specialists of the KVK also attended the programme.
