Jammu: AIP Supremo Er Rasheed this afternoon visited GMC Jammu Hospital to enquire about the wellbeing of Bipin Singh Jamwal, a prominent RTI activist, who was injured critically in an attack by goons yesterday for exposing various scams in Jammu city.

According to a statement issued to KNS, Er Rasheed was accompanied by party spokesman Inam-Un-Nabi, Vikram Singh, President of renowned NGO “JK Against Corruption”, Rajan Gupta and Malik Hameed.

He assured the colleagues of Bakshi that we are with them in the fight against corruption and other evils, the state is facing.

Er Rasheed demanded stern action against goons and appealed police and civil administration to arrest the culprits, who are still at large.

He further added that these goons have patronage of influential politicians but added that it is our duty to fight against the mafia and break the nexus between them and the politicians.

Er Rasheed also enquired about the wellbeing of Sushant Jamwal, an engineering student, who too was injured in Nagrota by goons during a social function. (KNS)
