SIE organizes 5-day teaching, learning workshop

Srinagar: A Five-day capacity building workshop on ‘Building of District Resource Persons’ (DRPs) under SSA commenced today which was organised by State Institute of Education Kashmir (SIE).

 According to the Principal SIE, the main objective of organizing such training programme is to improve the quality of teaching learning process.

Another five-day workshop on Module making in Mathematics at Secondary level began yesterday.

Pertinently SIE organized a five-day orientation programme cum workshop for Elementary level Social Science Teachers from   February 22 to February 26 in which 31 teachers and masters participated. Similarly another workshop on imparting computer skills was held by SIE from Feb 24 to Feb 29. The programmes were inaugurated by the Field Advisors of the concerned wings. (CNS)
