Srinagar: Yogesh Kumar resident of Delhi at present M/S Sales and Services, Kargil lodged a complaint in Police Station Kargil that Ghulam Hussain son of Mohammad Hassan resident of Saliskote, Kargil took away electric/hardware items worth Rs. 1,90,000 from the electric and hardware store.
On this, Police Station Kargil registered a case FIR number 05/2016 under section 381, 411 RPC. The case was investigated by SHO Police Station Kargil, Motup Tashi under the supervision of SP Kargil.
During the course of investigation a manhunt was launched and accused was apprehended. During questioning he disclosed that he kept the stolen items in his residential house and some items had been sold to two persons Mohammad Hassan resident of Saliskote, Kargil and Mohammad Sayeed Din resident of Trespone, Kargil. Stolen property was recovered from their possession. All the three persons were arrested and stolen goods worth Rs. 1, 76,700 were recovered from them.
