Srinagar: A live grenade was found in the ground of Government Middle School Latishat in Sopore area of Baramulla district Monday and was later diffused by Bomb Disposal Squad of police.
Official sources told Srinagar-based news agency GNS that the grenade was found by some labours while they were doing leveling of the soil in school ground.
They immediately informed school administration and the latter informed police, sources said, adding that the police arrived on the spot along with BDS squad. The BDS later diffused the grenade. Grenade found school ground, diffused
