SRINAGAR: One person died while another was injured in two separate road accidents in South Kashmir.
In Pulwama, an Alto car driven by Sajad Ahmad Nengroo resident of Gangoo, Pulwama hit and injured a pedestrian Noor Mohammad Deedad son of Ahmad Din resident of Achgoza at Wagam. The injured was shifted to District Hospital Pulwama for treatment, where he succumbed to his injuries. Pulwama police has registered a case in this regard.
In Kulgam, a vehicle bearing registration number JK18-6796 driven by Sajad Ahmad Bhat resident of Poniwah hit a motorcycle driven by Umar Reyaz Lone resident of Bumrath, resulting in injuries to motorcyclist. The injured was shifted to District Hospital Kulgam for treatment, wherefrom he was referred to Bone and Joints Hospital, Srinagar for further treatment. Kulgam police has registered a case in this regard.
