Srinagar: Militant outfit Hizbul Mujhadeen Friday paid rich tribute to militant commander Muhammad Yasin Itoo alias Mansoor of Chadoora Budgam who slipped to death in a border area of Kashmir Valley.

In a statement to CNS, Hizb Chief Syed Salahuddin said that the slain militant was affiliated with the outfit from past 19 years who always will be remembered for his dedication and perseverance.

“Yasin joined Hizb in 1996 and played a key role as Battalion Commander. He was arrested in 2007 and after coming out from detention centre in 2014 again joined the outfit,” he said and prayed for the departed soul.
