SRINAGAR: Peoples Democratic Party workers on Thursday demand removal of Director Doordarshan, Kashmir for allegedly showing entertainment programs on the death of Chief Minister of State, Mufi Mohammad Sayeed.
According to a press release issued to press, the workers have express anguish and anger over telecasting dramas and other entertainment programs while as National channels were telecasting Muftis last funeral procession continuously.
PDP Workers says that it is very unfortunate that after the death of Mufti Thursday morning DD Kashir Srinagar was showing entertainment programs continuously.
PDP workers demand immediate action against the Director Doordarshan Srinagar and other Program executives for disrespecting state Chief Minister.
National Channels were continuously showing funeral procession and other condolence messages while as DD Kashmir was airing entertainment programmes.
