SRINAGAR: Two persons died while four others were injured in different road accidents across the valley, police said on Thursday. A Maruti car bearing registration number BL2CL-0208 hit and injured two pedestrians identified as Manzoor Ahmad Bhat and Mohammad Amin Bhat residents of Poniwa Kulgam at Poniwa. Among the injured Manzoor Ahmad was succumbed to his injuries on way to the SKIMS Hospital.
A truck bearing registration number JK05A-9676 hit a Scooty bearing registration number JK01AA-7726 at Bypass Nowgam near Batra Petrol Pump Pahroo Chowk, resulting in on spot death to the Scooty rider Ishfaq Yousuf Wani son of Mohammad Yousuf resident of Suthoo Kathair Bagh Nowgam.
A Tavera vehicle bearing registration number JK01P-9974 hit and injured a pedestrian identified as Ghulam Hassan Dar resident of Shangergund near Shangergund Crossing.
