Mufti stable and in good condition: Parra

New Delhi: Peoples Democratic Party Wednesday said that Chief Minister Mufti Muhammad Sayeed is well and stable. PDP Youth leader Waheed-ur-Rehman Parra said that his condition is stable. 

“He is being looked after by a team of doctors from the departments of Endocrinology and Medicine. He is doing well and is stable and under the constant care of the doctors,” he said.

Earlier, a statement issued by All India Institute of Medical Science stated that Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed is “presently sick requiring oxygen therapy” and his condition is being closely monitored by a team of experts. Sayeed, who is admitted in AB 8 Intensive Care Unit (ICU) since December 24, is sick, requiring oxygen therapy but hemodynamically stable,” according to AIIMS authorities. He is conscious, alert and is taking orally. He continues to be on antibiotics, antifungal drugs and supportive therapy and is being closely monitored by a team of experts,” a statement issued by the hospital said.
