SHOPIAN: A Mehfil-e-Mushaira was organized today at town hall Shopian, in which as many as two dozen poets from Pulwama and Shopian participated.
The programme was organized by Maraz cultural Sangam with District Cultural Society Pulwama, Azad Cultural Thiran Kandi in collaboration with District Information Centre, Shopian.
Dr. Muhammad Shafi Ayaz was chief guest on the occasion.
Various prominent poets participated in the mushaira including Bashir Ahmad Parwana, Gh. Hassan Mizrab, Rashid Saduqi, Noor Jahan, Showkat Ali Khan, Gh. Nabi Dilshad, Abdul Karim Parwana and Shahzada Rafiq.
