ISLAMABAD: Former High Commissioner of India TCA Raghwan said on Wednesday that the solution of Kashmir conflict depends on Pakistan and Indias confidence on each other, reported Dunya News.
According to the details, former High Commissioner of India said that India needs to maintain good relationship with all the neighbours in order to progress. He said that the relationship between India and Pakistan has improved recently and Prime Minister Narindra Modi and Foreign Minister Sushma Swarajs visits to Pakistan have melted the ice.
Answering a question about Kashmir conflict, Raghwan said that the solution of Kashmir issue could be either out of box or inside box but the important thing is confidence between the parties. He said that there are many possibilities of economic cooperation between India and Pakistan and they need to be explored. He also said that both of the neighbours should increase collaboration in all sports including cricket.
Indian media has on Sunday claimed that the next meeting between Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi is expected in Washington where both have been invited by United States (US) President Barrack Obama for Nuclear Security Summit, reported Dunya News.
According to Indian media, no notification for this meeting has been issued but both the leaders are expected to visit US on Obamas invitation. It will be the first time that both Indian and Pakistan premiers will be attending the summit. Nuclear Security Summit is expected to be held in Washington on March 31.
