12- Day training Prog concludes at Budgam

BUDGAM:  A twelve-day induction training programme for front line Government functionaries of the district concluded today at the district headquarter Budgam.

Deputy Commissioner Budgam, Mir Altaf Ahmad was the chief guest on the valedictory function,.

The training programme was organised by the Institute of Management of Public Administration Srinagar (IMPA) for the first time for teachers.

The objective of the training program was to prepare such government functionaries to deliver an effective, transparent and citizen centric service. In the programme five days were dedicated for development of desired competencies for effective delivery of services at cutting edge level and two days for field visits.

A blood donation camp was also organized during the training programme. During the programme experts from health and education department inspired participants with tips for effective delivery of services.

Later, the Chief Guest distributed certificates among the participant teachers.
