Army releases reward posters for ‘most wanted’ HM militants

Tral: Security agencies on Wednesday released posters of seven Hizbul Mujahideen militants along with their photographs and addresses in South Kashmir’s Tral town of Pulwama district promising cash rewards and a government job for whosoever providing information about their whereabouts.

The posters have appeared in different parts of Tral including Dadasar, Chandrigam, Noorpora, Rothsuna, Hardamir and Midora areas.

The posters according to the local news agency, CNS, read: “Anyone who helps Police and Security Forces in tracing these dreaded militants would be given a government job and cash reward. The names of informers will not be revealed and they need to call on cell numbers in case they have information about these militants.”

The seven ‘dreaded militants’ whose names have been mentioned in the posters include Muhammad Azhar Bhat, Shakir Ahmed Dar residents of Rothsuna Tral, Aqib Ahmed Bhat of Hyena, Zakir Rashid of Noorpora, Istiyaq Ahmed Parrey of Laribal and Muhammad Asif Mir, a resident of Dadsara Tral.
